EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, DESIGN PRINCIPAL
As a founding partner, Roger
is principle in charge of design and directs and manages new business for ABPA.
He is leading the company's design specialties into New Town Master Planned
developments, Mixed Use developments and Urban In-fill.
Roger has over 26 years of
experience as an architect and project designer. His talents developed through
many successful projects including Town Center commercial and retail design,
Single and Multi-family Communities, Apartments, Custom Homes, Mid-rise
Condominium Buildings, Golf Course Clubhouses, Resort Hotels, Senior Housing,
and Places of Worship and Real Estate Feasibility and Visioning Services.
Roger's recent awards include
the PCBC Gold Nugget Grand Award and the NAHB National Project of the Year
award for the new 1,920-acre community of San Elijo Hills in San Marcos, CA.,
voted the Best Master Planned Community / Town Plan. Roger also serves as the
Town Architect and advisor of all new design within San Elijo Hills.
Roger is certified by the
National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (N.C.A.R.B.) and is a
registered architect in California. He is a member of the American Institute of
Architects, International Council of Shopping Centers, Building Industry
Association, Home Builders Council, Senior Housing Council and serves on
several architectural advisory committees.
Roger holds both a BS and a
Master of Architecture degree from The Ohio State University, with additional
architectural studies at Oxford University, England.
